Quality Objectives
The quality objectives of FABRINOX are:
- Reduce rejected jobs and components continuously. Product failures will be measured as a percentage of total turnover on a monthly basis. The target is < 3 %.
- Percentage on time delivery of 85% and above.
- Continuously improve the level of customer service. This will be measured through customer questionnaires, executed by the marketing department and monitored on management level. Twenty customers will be selected at random per month to give inputs on the customer service level of Fabrinox. This will be discussed in the monthly information sessions. Target: 80%
- Ensure continuous improvement on all levels and in all activities by encouraging all employees to enter improvement request into the quality management system. We are committed to continual improvement, and will encourage all our personnel to participate in continual improvement. This will be measured by the total performance of employees and linked to the employee of the quarter and year.
- Establish and maintain a highly skilled and trained workforce through continuous training, coaching, encouraging self improvement and the monitoring of competency levels. Target: 80% of the amount of peopled scheduled for training should complete their training.
We will do this to ensure that Fabrinox (Pty) Ltd will show sustainable growth to our customers, employees and stakeholders.
